Questions operators ask before switching
Can I bring my customer list, accounts, drivers and rates?
Yes. Export customers, accounts, drivers and vehicles from your current system as spreadsheets (CSV or Excel) and we import them during your trial at no charge. Two optional imports are hands-on work and priced one-time: rates & zones $299, and full reservation history $499 (up to 10,000 trips; $99 per additional 10,000). Both are waived when you prepay a 12-month plan.
Do I have to stop using my current system during the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is meant to run alongside whatever you use today. Nothing in LimoExtreme touches your existing system.
Will my affiliates and farm-out partners need an account?
Partners receive trip offers by email and text and confirm from a link. They can use the free partner portal if they want to see their trips in one place, but they do not need to.
Can I keep my company aliases?
Yes. Company Brands is included on the one plan. Add as many brands as you operate, each with its own booking page, phones, emails, logo and — if you want — its own Stripe or Square account.
What does support look like?
Email and text support from people who dispatch for a living, plus a personalised walkthrough by email or chat when you start. Reply to any email from us and you reach a human.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. Prepaid 6- and 12-month terms are optional and only there for the discount.
