Is there really only one plan?
Yes. Every company gets the full platform — dispatch, pricing, booking portal, driver app, automation, brands, partners, invoicing, payroll and reports — for $399 a month. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier.
How does the launch offer work?
Sign up by January 31, 2027 and your first three months are $249 instead of $399 — time to move your trips, drivers and customers over without paying full price while you do it. From month four it is the regular $399. The offer applies to monthly billing and is automatic at checkout.
Can I prepay and save?
Yes. Prepay 6 months for $2,274 (5% off, $379/mo) or 12 months for $4,309 (10% off, $359/mo). Prepaid terms renew at the end of the term and can be cancelled before renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new company starts with a 30-day free trial of the full platform. No credit card is required to start.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe or Square — monthly, or prepaid for 6 or 12 months. You can also keep it manual and pay a monthly invoice. Switch between the options from your Billing page any time.
Are there limits on trips, drivers or vehicles?
No. Trips, drivers, vehicles, users and brands are all unlimited, and there are no per-trip or per-driver charges.
Are there setup fees or add-ons?
No setup fees and no paid add-ons. Text messaging runs through your own Telnyx account at Telnyx’s rates; everything else is included.
Can I run more than one company name?
Yes. Company Brands lets one account operate several brands, each with its own name, logo, phones, emails, booking page and, if you want, its own Stripe or Square account. Confirmations, invoices, receipts and reports follow the brand.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Your data stays available to export.
What happens if a payment is missed?
You get a reminder on your dashboard and a 10-day grace period to bring the account current before access pauses. Nothing is deleted.
What support is included?
Priority support by email and text, with onboarding help for every company. We do not require a phone call to get started — everything can be handled by email or chat.
