Our Story
Limo Extreme was born from real-world frustration with outdated dispatch systems that failed to meet the needs of modern transportation companies. After years of working with clunky software and inefficient workflows in our own limousine business, we decided to build something better.
We knew firsthand the pain points: complicated pricing calculators that slowed down bookings, dispatch systems that required endless clicks to assign a single trip, customer portals that looked like they were built in 1999, and the constant struggle to manage overflow work with partner companies.

Starting in 2025, we set out to create a dispatch management platform that actually works the way operators think. We talked to hundreds of transportation companies, dispatchers, and drivers to understand what they really needed – not what software companies thought they needed.
The result is Limo Extreme: a modern, intelligent platform that streamlines every aspect of running a transportation business. From our spreadsheet-style dispatch grid (because calendars don’t work for this) to our zone-based pricing engine (because airport runs shouldn’t require manual calculations), every feature was designed with real operators in mind.
